Project Oversight During construction, Sebench Design will monitor the installation to ensure that specification and code requirements are being met. We will visit the site at pre-determined milestones to inspect the work already done, to keep the project running on schedule and on budget. Final Testing After Installation Once construction is completed, Sebench Design will provide on-site testing of all system components. This is a vital step in the process, as even the best design and installation needs to be tested. We will certify the installation to help complete the occupancy permitting process. Desk-Top Reviews (Plan Reviews) If your project is on a smaller scale, or does not require complete oversight, Sebench Design can also provide a la carte desk-top reviews of your current system or upgrades. As third-party evaluators, Sebench Design will validate design criteria, specifications and compliance.
